Call to check urgent mobile availability for a lockout, missing key, or immobilized vehicle.
An urgent visit starts with the problem and the car’s location. Explain whether it is safely parked, locked, or unable to start. Ask for a current arrival estimate and the full quoted scope before arranging dispatch.
Availability and arrival times vary. For immediate danger or a hazardous obstruction, contact emergency services or appropriate roadside assistance first.

Moonlight Beach and Swami’s have separate parking areas. State which beach you visited and whether your car is in its lot or on a residential street. A beach name alone may send a service vehicle to the wrong access point.
If you are down on the sand or below the bluffs, share the car’s location rather than your current walking position. Keep any remaining key or damaged fob for the technician to assess.
