A lockout is an access problem and may not need a new key. Say whether the keys are visible in the cabin, in the trunk, or missing altogether. Identify the vehicle and parking location so the correct service can be discussed.
If a person or animal is in immediate danger, call emergency services first. Ordinary lockout availability must be confirmed by phone.

Imperial Beach includes the beachfront and the Tijuana River estuary area. Use the vehicle’s street address or parking entrance as the meeting point, rather than a location along a walking path.
If a beach visit left a fob wet or damaged, bring it to the appointment along with any spare. For a rental vehicle, contact the rental company about authorization before arranging key work.
