A lockout is an access problem and may not need a new key. Say whether the keys are visible in the cabin, in the trunk, or missing altogether. Identify the vehicle and parking location so the correct service can be discussed.

During an event or sports visit, mention any parking controls. If you are waiting beside a playing field, share the car’s actual parking location and arrange to meet there for the work.
