Which BMW key do you have?

Diamond-style remote keys

Older 3 Series, 5 Series and X3/X5 models use a diamond-shaped remote with a fold-out or fixed blade.

Slot and smart keys

Most 2000s–2010s BMWs use a rectangular key or a comfort-access smart key with an emergency blade inside.

Newer display and smart keys

Some of the newest BMWs need a key we order first – text us the year and model and we confirm.

BMW keys are programmed to the car’s security module; we do this on site for most models. If yours needs an ordered part, we say so before we come out.
