Remote locking and starting authorization are not always the same function. Explain whether the buttons fail, the vehicle will not start, or both. Compatibility should be checked before a replacement fob is purchased or programmed.
Customer-supplied fobs must be brand new, never used, and matched to the correct vehicle part number using the VIN. A similar-looking case does not establish compatibility.

Your mobile visit in Old Town
Old Town lots and the transit center garage get busy, so give the lot or garage name, level and the nearest row or sign. In Mission Hills, give the street address and tell us if the car is on a steep street or in a tight driveway.
If you parked for the trolley or Coaster and lost your keys on the trip, use the place you left the car as the service address and meet us there with your ID.

During business hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday) we typically arrive in Old Town within 20–40 minutes. Traffic and earlier jobs can change that, so call or text your location for the current arrival estimate. Evening calls by arrangement; closed Sunday.
Not always. Battery, button, case, and electronic faults can need different remedies. Describe the symptoms and keep the original fob for assessment.
Head back to the car if you can and call us with the garage or lot, level and space. For supported vehicles we make and program a new key right at the car – no tow needed.
