Old Town lots and the transit center garage get busy, so give the lot or garage name, level and the nearest row or sign. In Mission Hills, give the street address and tell us if the car is on a steep street or in a tight driveway.
If you parked for the trolley or Coaster and lost your keys on the trip, use the place you left the car as the service address and meet us there with your ID.

During business hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday) we typically arrive in Old Town within 20–40 minutes. Traffic and earlier jobs can change that, so call or text your location for the current arrival estimate. Evening calls are available by arrangement; we are closed Sunday.
