Lost Car Keys in Old Town

Lost your keys after a day in Old Town or a trip from the transit center? Head back to the car and call us with the lot or garage, level and space. We are a few minutes up Rosecrans and make the new key at the car.

Understanding the job

Replacing every lost key involves identifying the right part, cutting any required blade, and checking the vehicle’s programming requirements. Tell us if the keys were stolen so we can discuss whether missing electronic keys can be removed from memory.

A few vehicles need a part we order first – we tell you on the phone before we come out.

Old Town, Mission Hills and the transit center

Old Town lots and the transit center garage get busy, so give the lot or garage name, level and the nearest row or sign. In Mission Hills, give the street address and tell us if the car is on a steep street or in a tight driveway.

If you parked for the trolley or Coaster and lost your keys on the trip, use the place you left the car as the service address and meet us there with your ID.
