Lost Car Keys in Pacific Beach

Lost your key in the sand, on the boardwalk or after a night on Garnet Avenue? Give us the cross street or Mission Bay lot and we make a new key at the car – no tow needed for most vehicles.

From $170, all-inclusive · Arrival: typically 20–40 minutes during business hours

Understanding the job

Replacing every lost key involves identifying the right part, cutting any required blade, and checking the vehicle’s programming requirements. Tell us if the keys were stolen so we can discuss whether missing electronic keys can be removed from memory.

A few vehicles need a part we order first – we tell you on the phone before we come out.

Beach parking, Garnet Avenue and Mission Bay

Beach-area street parking fills fast, so give the nearest cross street and whether the car is on the ocean or bay side. For a Mission Bay lot, name the lot or a nearby landmark.

If your key went missing in the sand or the water, the car is still the service address. We open it and, for supported vehicles, make a new key on the spot.
